{A Downtown Algona + Wildflower Field Senior Session}
Some sessions just fall into place like they were always meant to happen that way, and that was exactly the case with Ava’s senior session. We bumped her session date up to dodge the rain, and it ended up being the best decision! Not only did we get the most beautiful weather, but everything else, from her makeup artist’s schedule (aka her best friend Nora) to the vibe of the entire evening, just flowed so effortlessly. This is so fitting for who she is: relaxed, joyful, easy to talk to, and always full of laughter. From the moment we met, I was drawn to how naturally warm and talkative she is…someone who lights up a space with her presence and makes everyone feel comfortable around her.
A senior at Emmetsburg High, she’s currently involved in golf and National Honor Society, and she hopes to pursue a career in the healthcare field after college. She’s the oldest of five siblings, and the close bond she shares with her sister Lily absolutely melted my heart! We even snuck in a few shots of the two together during the session. Whether she’s babysitting, working, watching a Netflix rom-com, or jamming out to Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter, she’s doing it all with a happy, joyful spirit.
Ava loves shopping, boating, golfing, hanging with friends, and laughing…which she does about 90% of the time! It’s so clear that she’s got both a go-with-the-flow attitude and a deep appreciation for structure. The perfect combo for balancing all the things life throws at you!
Ava—thank you so much for such a fun and easy session! You bring so much light and energy to every moment! I’m so honored to document this season for you and cannot wait to see what’s ahead as you chase your dreams in the healthcare world! You are going to do amazing things!
See Ava in TEAM 26’s spring mini session!
