{A Classic Emerald, Black and Gold Wedding in Central Iowa}

I couldn’t have possibly asked for a more perfect ending to my 2022 wedding season than Madeline and Jeremiah’s classic and beautiful wedding! Madeline was a GORGEOUS bride! I just adore her classic and timeless look! She wore a custom Stella York gown with beaded long sleeves and a custom cathedral length veil made by her nana. Her mother’s wedding pearls adorned her neck and her stunning look was completed with a white rose and anemone bouquet wrapped in her grandmother’s handkerchief . Madeline spent the morning getting dressed with just her mom because it was important to her to have a First Look with her entire wedding party. If you are wanting a unique surprise for your wedding party, I highly recommend this! The girls had never seen her dress before and the guys were just as equally impressed by her final look. It was truly such a special and emotional moment.

The church aisle was lined with candles and flower petals to create the most romantic scene for Madeline and Jeremiah to say their vows. We kept their portrait time in this space to avoid the cold and crazy wind with Madeline’s cathedral length veil. I LOVE these portraits because I think they really fit the aesthetic of the entire day. The reception took place at Lizard Creek Ranch, which was my first time at the venue. I love it! It’s bright and timeless and really completed Madeline and Jeremiah’s look for the day. By the end of the night the entire dance floor was full and extremely entertaining. The best way to end the best day of your life!
