{A Recap of Our May}
May is always such a busy month for us, not only professionally but personally as well. Filled with birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, end of school year, dance recital prep; our calendar is usually booked solid this month. With all the busyness, we did manage to sneak in some kite flying, a water ballon fight and, of course, a cousin breakfast this month. May is also a big birthday month in our family including my cousin, Josie, who turned 30 this year. We surprised her with a party she had no idea was coming. It was so special! She deserves to celebrate such a big milestone year! How blessed are we to have Josie in our lives for 30 years!
Joe and the girls have recently started collecting coins and filling penny, nickel and quarter books. There’s something so special about watching them start a new hobby together…it’s the kind of everyday magic that makes my heart feel full in the best way! We ended the month with Liella’s 7th dance recital the same day as Joe turned the big 4-0! Watching my girl grow in her tumbling skills this year has been the sweetest mix of grit, joy, and those “look what I can do!” moments I’ll never forget. I hope she continues to find passion in the things she loves.
Until next month…
