{Summer Engagement Session in Iowa Wildflower and Grass Pastures}

Lauryn and Matt have know each other since they were babies. Literally! They went to school together from kindergarten to 12th grade but didn’t start dating until senior year. Last Christmas, Matt proposed and now they are planning the one of the best days of their lives.

These two drove from Mason City to our pastures for their engagement session and it couldn’t have been more perfect if it was planned! Little did I know that Lauryn’s favorite color is light purple. When they arrived, Matt stepped out of the vehicle wearing a lilac polo and Lauryn with beautiful purple eyeshadow across her lids. I planned to take them to one of my favorite pastures in the area, and when we got there, it was a fun surprise to see it filled with tons of purple flowers! Such a happy accident!

Lauryn and Matt are such sweet couple! I loved getting to know these two and learning more about their life, work, families and their wedding plans. I’m so thrilled I get to be a small part of their story! Their 2023 wedding can’t come soon enough! Enjoy all my FAVORITES from their beautiful session!!
