{A Senior Session Featuring Miss Flirty Girl the Horse and a 1967 BelAir}
I can’t believe my niece, Addison, will be a senior this year!! I swear it feels like yesterday when she was just a little 4 year old flower girl in our wedding! And now’s she all grown up!
Addi was specific on certain things she wanted for senior images. Her cat, Peaches, horses and an old car was at the top of the list. When her first pick for a VW bus fell through, I asked my grandpa if he would let up use his ’67 Bel Air. It just so happened that Addi had dyed a pair of jeans a super cute teal color a couple days before her session and they matched perfectly with my grandpa’s teal Chevy! I was in teal heaven!!!!! Needless to say I might have over-shared a bit on those images! But can you blame a girl!?!?
Addi loves to ride horses in her spare time so we ended the session out at her neighbor’s horse barn with miss Flirty Girl! And Oh. My. Word!!! I am obsessed with all those images! Flirty Girl was so tame and easy to work with considering she just met our crew for the first time that evening! After the sun set, we took advantage of the gorgeous blue hour and got some shots with all the horses and the moon! Liella tagged along to the session and was in seventh heaven meeting and petting all the horses!
Addison plans to graduate Algona High a semester early and attend Aveda for cosmetology. Not only can she do amazing hair and makeup but she’s also so talented at doing nails! Addi — you are such an incredible artist! Your creativity and attention to detail is mind blowing! I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will create in your future!
