{A Recap of Our February 2021}

I feel like my website is turning into a home reno site HAHA! But this is what our life has consisted of for the last several months and, now, after over two years of ticking away at this project, I am sooooo thankful to say that our basement remodel is FINALLY finished!! There are just a couple small things to finish in the bathroom but overall WE ARE DONE! And it feels sooooo dang good! I finally have the rest of the house back without it looking like a massive toy tornado came through. We have a designated spot for a play area and all kiddos finally have their own room! I’m still in the process of decorating each bedroom but once they are finished I will share more images. Looking at the before and after pictures, it’s crazy to see how far we have come! Joe is soooooo incredibly knowledgeable and talented. He amazes me every day with the things he can do. I’m so grateful to have him by my side! And as I sit here in our new basement, typing on this snow day and watching our kiddos play in the background, my heart is so full!

We took some time out last month to celebrate my grandma’s 78th birthday! My mom makes the most beautiful cakes and, of course, she didn’t stop short for my grandma’s cake. I know our time with her is numbered and I’m so glad we can spend these moments together!
