{A Senior Session at Smith Lake, Algona, Iowa}
It’s nearing the end of summer and the one thing that is on everyone’s mind is what school will look like in the fall. Thanks to our fave friend Rona, schools are having to make some really hard decisions. I know for me, I’m a little nervous to see what Liella’s first full year of school will look like. Kindergarten is a huge step for children. I know Liella does pretty well when it comes to adapting to new changes but I am a little curious if some of these changes will have lasting effects on her. But one thing is for certain, as mom, no matter what, I will remain positive and eager in order to keep Liella excited and interested in school. I definitely don’t want her to view school in any negative way.
One of my senior spokesmodel, Halle, had her full senior session last week and you guys…I could photograph her ALL day! She’s so beautiful and such a natural in front of the camera! I love, love, LOVE her style! She picked out the most adorable outfits for her session. This sweet girl attends Humboldt High School and works at the Humboldt Recreation Center. She loves to make friendship bracelets and rollerblade with friends. Joe and I used to rollerblade all the time in college and I really miss it! Talk about a workout! If you’re wanting to change up your exercise routine and have fun doing it, try rollerblading!
Halle has been spending most of her summer camping with her family and in her spare time she loves to babysit and hanging out with friends. Halle plans to attend UNI and major in elementary education. She is soooooo incredibly sweet and caring, I have no doubt she will be an amazing teacher!! Her big heart holds so much love for littles and I know she will make a big difference in their lives. I can almost bet that she will take uncertain changes in her career as a challenge to make education better for children. I can’t wait to see where her journey takes her and the great things she will do in elementary education!
