{A Bishop Garrigan Nature Senior Session}
Imagine sitting in the most beautiful wildflower field you’ve ever seen, with a multitude of bright colors and fresh scents. You hear the softest strum of a guitar and feel the cool breeze on your skin. For a moment you are relaxed and at peace. That’s where we spent the majority of Alaina’s senior session! I returned back to the “field of my dreams” last week with Alaina and it still looks just as beautiful as the first time I was there a couple weeks ago. We first started her senior session at the Bishop Garrigan gym to highlight her love for volleyball, then we headed straight to the flower field. Alaina brought her guitar and strummed a few notes while sitting among the flowers and it was such a serene moment! I could have sat there all evening listening to her play! After the flower field, we headed to our pasture to photograph her archery skills and love for reading.
Alaina, a Bishop Garrigan High Student, enjoys embroidering, playing guitar, reading and writing, cooking and baking, and much more! She loves spending time with friends, shooting archery, playing volleyball, and discovering new things. In school, she is involved in marching band, concert band, pep band, as well as volleyball, student council, drama, technology and stage crew, the Bear Facts show, and quiz bowl. Outside of school, she participates in a local archery team which consists of students from about 5 different nearby schools. After high school she plans on attending college and possibly attaining a degree in culinary arts.
Alaina–Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your senior portraits! You and your sweet mama were so fun to spend the evening with! I know this is your year to shine, and it’s filled with exciting opportunities and memories waiting to be made. I am wishing you the BEST senior year!
