{Saying Goodbye to My 2024 Senior Spokesmodels}

Sunday evening, I said “goodbye” to TEAM 24 as they head into their final days of high school. Currently writing this blog post, my heart is filled with bittersweet emotions. It’s time to say goodbye to this incredible group of young students who have brought so much joy, creativity, and passion to the CBS Spokesmodel program over the past year. I love having this special send off each year with the team!

The 2024 team was a mix from Algona, Bishop Garrigan, West Hancock, GHV and Humboldt High School! We kicked off the year with a Meet and Greet party where each member received a welcome box from all our amazing sponsors throughout the year, including a custom CB Studio seniors t-shirt. Our first official shoot together was a fun, spring floral mini session at Glen’s Green Thumb. At this session, we all became fast friends and the conversation and laughter hasn’t stopped since! Following the mini session was the main event of the year, a big styled shoot, where I created the most elaborate studio setup to date. It was worth every minute of the over 7 hours of construction time! Last but not least, their cap and gown session where I think we all got a little teary eyed…or was that the wind and allergies? Haha!

This team has been SO FUN to work with and I can’t wait to see this group off at college in the fall! They are headed all over Iowa and Nebraska including Iowa State, Hawkeye CC/UNI, Northwest Iowa CC, Wayne State, Briar Cliff and Iowa Western CC.

Thank you so much for hitting that “Apply” button and submitting your TEAM 24 applications 15+ months ago! This year has been an incredible ride with your group! The joy, confidence and creativity each one of you has brought to every shoot has been so inspiring. But most of all, thank you for being incredible human beings who have made my job so much more than just a job. I know that the future holds amazing things for each and every one of you. You have the talent, drive, and heart to achieve anything you set your minds to, and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things you’ll accomplish in the years to come. As we say goodbye, know that you will always have a special place in my heart. I am honored to have been a part of your senior year. Congratulations on graduation and know that you will always be a #CBSsenior for life–until you become a #CBSbride
