{A White and Pink Cake Smash Session}

Celebrating babies comes easy and natural for me and Baby Lauren was no exception! She is a precious doll who absolutely adores her mom and dad! And just as equally, mom and dad cherish every bit of her! It’s been so fun sharing the story of Lauren over the last year but also, a little bittersweet when babies turn the big ONE. Lauren has officially “graduated” from my first year collection and is off doing one-year-old things like learning to walk and saying new words. It’s hard to believe that just one year ago we were able to wrap her up like a tiny little bean and drape white flowers all around her. Now she is crawling, laughing, eating solids and about to break out her front 2 teeth! That first year sure does fly by!

We celebrated her birthday with pink cake and balloons. Lauren LOVED the cake and had no problem smashing right in. Throughout her entire session, I think the majority of her smiles captured was with cake in hand! Sweet Lauren–I’m so thankful to have met you! I’m honored your mom and dad entrusted me with these most treasured memories of your very first year! The love and joy you naturally bear will certainly bring more brightness into our world.
