{An All White Maternity Session in Algona, IA}

There is something so special moving from wedding client to baby client! Last fall we celebrated the beautiful wedding of Madeline and Jeremiah and now we get to celebrate a brand new season of life they are headed into. Baby boy Olson arriving in June! I couldn’t be more thrilled for these two as they enter the exciting adventure of parenthood!

This was the first maternity session I have done in my new white shooting space and I am OBSESSED with these images!!! Madeline’s vision of her maternity session was in perfect alignment with what I was envisioning for a very ethereal maternity shoot in the new space. We both were even eyeing this same white tulle dress covered in pearls. Madeline looks just as stunning in this dress as she did in her wedding dress! And with the floor covered in candles, it was a miracle we didn’t set the dress on fire! HAHA!

As I scroll through these images I can’t help but remember being pregnant with Liella and wondering what it would be like to have a little person enter into our lives. Nothing could have prepared me for the joy that we were about to experience. It’s just such a miracle and a precious season that deserves to be captured! I hope that one day Madeline and Jeremiah’s sweet baby boy will love seeing these portraits of his momma and daddy together before he was born! I don’t have a single doubt in the world that these two will make incredible parents! Enjoy some of my favorites!!
