{A Wedding Catering Tasting Event at Columbia Events Center | Algona, Iowa}

In the last 5 years, I have been invited to document Kampen’s Catering annual Tasting Event and it’s always one of my favorite events I look forward to every year! This exclusive event is invite only for Kampen’s Catering wedding clients who are treated to a mock wedding reception at Columbia Events Center. During this one-of-a-kind event, wedding clients and up to 6 of their guests can try over 50 mouth-watering dishes offered by Kampen’s Catering, as well as, sample delicious cakes, cookies and treats from Hailey B’s Bakery, listen to great tunes provided by Mojo Productions and enjoy beautiful table decorations provided by CinTa Party Rentals. This completely free experience allows Kampen’s Catering wedding clients to choose their desired meal for their wedding day all while indulging in a wedding reception atmosphere! This year I have had the pleasure of working with two new vendors to the event, Hailey B’s Bakery and CinTa Party Rentals. It’s been a blast getting to know them and I hope to work with them in the future! PS: Hailey B’s is chef’s kiss!! I really liked the chocolate peanut butter cupcake! Guests also got to experience Mojo Productions cold sparks in use! They start up instantly with the push of a button, are cool to the touch and would make the perfect addition to an epic entrance or exit to your reception!

Kampen’s Catering Tasting Event is such a unique experience that I have never seen before and that’s why I love it so much! Kampen’s attention to details and commitment to incredible service is unmatched. The amazing dishes and client experience they offer really sets the bar high for many catering services in the area! I’m so honored they think of me every year to photograph the event! Working with these vendors is truly a joy! Brides–I can’t recommend Kampen’s Catering enough for your wedding day catering needs!!
