{A Sitter Session}

I can’t believe how big Scarlett is getting!!!! She is a DOLL and 100% a mama’s girl. It’s so sweet and reminds me of when Liella was a baby. Liella was a major mama’s girl and couldn’t even go a couple hours without me around before heading into an inconsolable cry. Scarlett wasn’t crazy about me holding her either…cue our picture together at the end of this post! 😂 I personally think Scarlett is the spitting image her daddy. But I think I might see some of her mama in her eyes. 😉 I have always been so fascinated by genetics and I love watching babies grow into their features. Scarlett was a dream to photograph as a newborn and is still holding true for her sitter session.

Bridget and Tyler waited a long time for Scarlett to come into and bless their lives and their story is so similar to ours. It’s what drew Bridget to me as a photographer. I am forever grateful for sharing our story and bonding with Bridget over what can be such a devastating journey. Scarlett is the greatest gift that could ever be given to Bridget and Tyler, even if they had to wait a little longer than what they had originally hoped. I’m SO thankful for the years that delayed us in having children because I couldn’t imagine going through that period in our lives with children! God’s timing is always perfect! Bridget and Tyler–I pray these current moments pass in the slowest form possible and that they will be forever ingrained into your hearts!
