{A Recap of Our April 2021}

It’s almost the middle of May and I’m finally getting a moment to put together our recap of April. It honestly feels like Easter was a century away! This year’s Easter was such a nice change from last year. Family time is always my favorite time and we had LOTS of it during Easter weekend! The weather was amazing, which made for even better memories. We did all the things…decorated and hunted for Easter eggs numerous times and even got to have cousins stay with us in our new basement! But I think my favorite memory of the entire weekend is when Oren photobombed the girls…..with no pants on!!!! 🤣🤣 Literally, bottom hanging out and all! 🤣🤣 All the girl cousins wanted to get together for some jumping photos…so I would count to 3 and the girls would jump. At about the 3rd time, Oren jumped right in front of the camera with his cheeks bouncing through the frame!! HAHA! It’s a classic shot! Only my child would do something like that! 🙄🙄 Scroll down to find that beauty!

We are never short on projects around our place and last month Joe added a ’73 Ford truck to fix up! I love it!!! It brings back so many childhood memories of riding around my dad’s old trucks! One of my favorites is when he would take turns with us girls to run errands on the weekends. I always felt so special when it was my turn! I’m excited for our kids to experience the same kind of memories! Throughout the rest of the month we spent our days enjoying the weather and planting our garden. We got to watch our new baby Behounek twin cousins become children of God through baptism and Liella even got to have a kindergarten concert this year! April was such a blessed month for us but I am completely ready for more fun adventures this summer!
