{A Wedding Catering Tasting Event at Columbia Events Center | Algona, Iowa}

After one solid year of the Covid pandemic and social distancing measures in place, I am beyond excited to see events taking place and life slowing returning back to normal again! Every year I am honored to be invited to Kampen’s Catering Tasting Event and every year it never disappoints! Kampen’s Catering has created an exclusive event for just their wedding clients and it’s unlike anything I have really seen from other caterers in the area! A mock wedding reception is organized with Mojo Productions slaying the tunes and Sher in the Moments providing beautiful decor options, all arranged at the newly remodeled Columbia Events Center. Guest can get a feel for how their wedding reception could look like while taste testing all of their favorite dishes that Kampen’s will provide on their wedding day. The evening is started off with hors d’oeuvres and introductions and then moves on to the main course with almost 50 main dishes, salads and sides to choose from. When the evening is over, you’ll know exactly how your wedding dinner will unfold with the satisfaction of knowing you’ll be serving your wedding guest with an incredible meal. It’s truly a unique experience solely just for Kampen’s clients that you won’t find anywhere else! Owners Chris and Tanna Kampen put their heart and soul into their business and it really shows! The staff is incredible and sets the bar high for the quality of service you’ll receive! They are relaxed and love to have a good time, all while working like a well-oiled machine.
