{Private Estate, Sunroom Winter Wedding in Iowa}

I’m so excited to share this first 2021 wedding with you guys!! It’s a special one! Raven and Tyler planned a beautiful micro wedding in Tyler’s parent’s sunroom on a gorgeous winter day! The day was spent with just the couple’s closest friends and family members and filled with so much emotion and meaning. I LOVE micro, private estate weddings because the laid back nature really exudes so much relaxation onto the wedding party. There really is no time crunch because the couple dictates when the festivities begin. Tyler and Raven’s ceremony actually started 20 minutes early! All the guests had arrived and they were ready! But what I love the most about the day is Tyler and Raven shared a special, intimate dance during their first look as an alternative to a First Dance. It was so beautiful and emotional! I thought this idea was so clever as they had opted out of a traditional reception and dance during this ongoing Covid pandemic. Raven was stunning in her classic Morilee gown with pockets and beautiful hydrangea and eucalyptus bouquet. And the view of snow filled branches as they proclaimed their wedding vows was unforgettable. The ceremony was filled with tons of laughs as Tyler’s best friend of 10 years officiated. The love these two share is so charming and inspiring!
