{A Newborn Session}

I think there may be some truth to the old wive’s tale that says smiley babies are gassy babies. Or at least that was the case for Baby Theo! Theo started his newborn session out with full, constant smiles! But we quickly realized he was very gassy! And when he wasn’t swaddled up, he was uncomfortable and fussy. So we decided to keep him mostly bundled up. But I didn’t care! I captured sooooo many smiles and smirks from this little guy! Almost half of his images contain some sort of grin…and who doesn’t love a happy baby!?!?

Baby Theo is the spitting image of his daddy and I just adore his name!! His big sister and brother are totally smitten…it’s hard not to be with that big smile! Big sis, Annabelle, loves to hold him and I think big bro, Westley, will soon see that he has a brand new, built-in best friend. I’ve only photographed this crew twice now but I completely adore them! Not only are they all so flippin cute, but mis Belle is a hoot! She jumped into her dress for portraits and says to me, “I looked at me in the mirror and I’m adorable.” HAHA! That you are sweetie! And DON’T you ever forget that!!! So dang excited to spend the year with Theo!!!
