{A Newborn Session}

Little Miss Adelaine made her grand entrance into this world on December 18th and she is just as precious as ever! Addy is the first #CBSbabe for 2021 and she is leading the pack of a ton of new babies about to be photographed these first few months in the new year! Usually January and February can be a bit of a slow time for me in the studio, but this year I have so many new babies on my schedule and I CANNOT wait to snuggle them all!! Baby Addy’s name comes from a combination of many women in her family and I adore that! I love family names and combining them to create something special for your child to carry on family legacies.

Addy’s mom, Abby, is the owner of Cultivate Boutique here in Algona. I was SO excited for her when I saw she was expecting, especially a baby girl! Abby is known to have the cutest clothes and I just know this baby girl is going to be one well-dressed kiddo!!

With all that is going on in the world right now it can be hard to even think about bringing a child into this crazy chaos. But it’s such a good reminder to hold your babies tight! Take the extra moments to snuggle them at that 3am feeding or curl up with a toddler who is fighting to go to bed. Teach them God’s love and grace. And most importantly, be an example of a caring and patient human being.
