{A Senior Session}

I was so excited when Kristi (Carter’s mom) booked Carter for his senior session. Kristi’s salon Statements is located right next door to the studio and she is such a sweet person! Plus she does an amazing job cutting Oren’s hair! Carter invited me out to his family’s century farm for his senior session and we made sure we included all of his favorite things! He loves to fish and pheasant hunt and even brought along his hunting dog Tank. Tank’s name definitely fits him! He’s the thickest German Shorthaired I’ve ever seen! But he’s a sweetie and I’m so glad I got to meet him!

Carter is active in FFA and after high school he plans to study diesel mechanics and possibly work for Case when he is finished. He’s super excited for senior year to start because the majority of the classes he’s signed up for are all fun electives. If he’s not fishing, he’s been spending most of his time this summer either mowing lawns or hanging out with friends at Okoboji.

Carter–I hope you throughly enjoy your senior year! This is your last year and the memories you make will carry with you for a lifetime. It’s your time to do what you love all while still preparing you for your future. I have no doubts that you will succeed in college and beyond.
